ShapeShifters Aberdeen

ShapeShifters is a new bar concept in Aberdeen, paired with escape rooms. We were approached to help create a world class drinks menu with a sustainability focus, develop a training plan for the team and offer support through the hiring process and the opening of the bar.

Fortnum & Mason 3’6

Our work with Fortnum & Mason focused on their newly refurbished 3’6 bar - we were tasked with menu creation support, increasing venue efficiency, training and nurturing creativity within the team.

The Connaught Cream Soda

Our experimentation with fermentation brought us to create our very own cream soda (because the commercial stuff sucks) and when we shared the results with our friends at the Connaught Bar, they asked if they could include it in their seasonal special menu cocktail Nebula.
